Personalized exercise therapy through telehealth (on-line) for people with diabetes or pre-diabetes who want to improve their glucose control, lose weight, improve functional abilities and over all quality of life.

What to expect

Initial Exercise Assessment: 
We will discuss your medical history, current chronic conditions, your glucose management, physical limitations, and personal goals.

I will ask you to do easy moves that will help me assess which exercises are most beneficial for you.

We will review your glucose data and diabetes medication regimen. Based on the information you provided and my assessment performed, we will create a personalized evidence-based plan to start your new track to an active and healthier lifestyle.

Exercise is essential in prevention and management of chronic conditions, and can have many health benefits. Exercise improves quality of life and reduces the need for medicine!
Starting a regular exercise routine can be tough, however I can empower you with knowledge, tools, and skills in a non-judgmental way to take the first step into your new plan and support you as you progress to achieving your goal.
