What to expect

Initial Exercise Assessment: 
During the first session, we will discuss your medical history, current chronic conditions, your glucose management, physical limitations, and personal goals. Then, I will ask you to do easy moves that will help me assess which exercises are most beneficial for you. Based on the information you provided and my assessment performed, we will create a personalized evidence-based exercise prescription for you to start your new track to an active and healthier lifestyle.

Exercise is essential in prevention and management of chronic conditions, and can have many health benefits. Exercise improves quality of life and reduces the need for medicine!
Starting a regular exercise routine can be tough, however I can empower you with knowledge, tools, and skills in a non-judgmental way to take the first step into your new plan and support you as you progress to achieving your goal.
